r^2=1-(SSE)/(SST)

i.e.

(SSE)/(SST)=1-r^2

We are given:

Hence, we get:

$(9)/(SST)=1-0.75\\\\\\i.e.\\\\\\(9)/(SST)=0.25$

i.e.
