The greatest incidence of osteoporosis will be found in the menopausal women. Osteoporosis can occur in both men and women and at any age, but it is most common in older women. Osteoporosis cane defined as a disease with increased bone weakness. It is the most common cause of a broken bone among the elderly and it is followed by chronic pain and a decreased ability to carry out normal activities.
