Recommended daily allowances for diabetics can be different than for the general population. what is the recommended intake of fiber for diabetics?

Hello there!

Diabetics are recommended by doctors to take at least 25 - 50 grams of fiber A DAY. However, the average American only consumes 15 grams of fiber EACH day. It may not be easy, but it can be done.
