The minority rights in diverse regions are very important, mainly for giving all the people the chance for peaceful coexistence, same opportunities in life, avoiding the development of nationalism and racism. When all the people have equal rights, than people are usually living peacefully along side, even if they are from different ethnicity and race, and in time a nice working, collaborating, supporting society is built on that basis, which is good for both the people and the well being of a country.
