As England is a rival country they are in England in order to gather support in order to defeat Macbeth and put Macduff on the throne as a rightful King of Scotland. Macduff and Malcolm are trying to secure the help of King of England in order to accomplish their plans. Macduff is portrayed as a man who wants what is best for his people.
