What are the two types of stethoscope chest pieces and the use of each?

The two types of stethoscope chest pieces would be a diaphragm and a bell. The former is a large flat and for high pitch sounds like the lung sounds while a bell is like a bowl in shape and can be use for checking heartbeat of a newborn in the mother's womb.
