How does exercise affect the circulatory, excretory, and respiratory system?

In the short-term, exercise increases the breathing which allows more oxygen to reach the lungs and the blood. In the long-term, exercise keeps the respiratory system and the lungs clear and healthy and able to produce more oxygen.
