A.as much information as will fit from the source, leaving room for source information.
B.full source information including author, title, publisher, city where published, date and page numbers.
C.a direct quote and source information, including page number(s), or some code linking it to the source.
D.a quote, paraphrase or summary and the source, including page number(s), or some code to the source.
