The answer is: Preoperational
The concept of conservation refers to the understanding that an object wouldn't be dissapear or changed if the object is moved or we stop pay attention to it. This development begin In piaget pre-operational stage of development (age 2-7) but won't reach its perfect form until concrete operational stage in age 7-11
