I believe she is most likely to be suffering from Presbyopia.
Presbyopia is the normal loss of near focusing ability that occurs with age, it is mostly noticed after age of 40. It is result from the hardening of the lens of the eye causing the eye to focus light behind rather than on the retina when looking at close objects. It is normally part of the aging process.

Answer: presbyopia

The old female is already 45-year-old and can no longer read the name of the color on her tube of lipstick because of presbyopia.

“Presbyopia” IS A Greek word meaning old eye which refers to a condition when your eyes lose the ability to see things clearly even in close distance. Its symptoms start to show shortly after age 40.
