When you assess a guest, you should know his/her identity by asking a valid photo with state identification card, valid passport or driver’s license so you may be able to know his/her name, address and date of birth. If the guest is checking in, ask for the confirmation of his/her booking. Then compare his/her identification with the booking form to verify that the guest is the same person who made the booking.
