ethnicity and religious issues are one of the most divisive issues that have always rocked eastern Europe nationalism. The world war 1 is a typical war that was sparked off by ethnic rivalry in Serbia where the Slavic people felt that the Austrian were trying to frustrate their quest for unity. Hitler used ethnic allegiance of Czechoslovakia and polish Germans to unleash the invasions of these countries.
