In this question, first we have to find the corresponding side to QS. And the corresponding side is BD.

Now we check the scale factor by dividing the length of these sides, that is


(QS)/(BD) = (72)/(45)= (8)/(5)

Therefore to find the length of WY, we have to multiply the length ofcorresponding side, which is HJ by the scale factor, and on doing so, we will get


= (8)/(5)*66=105.6
