Hello There
Answer: 13
Here are the steps:
First we subtract 15 from 22 and then got 7
15 - 22 = 7
Finally we Add 7 + 6 = 13
Which is our final answer

the AA part is done by the fact that the sun, or any light source, will make them both have a right-angle with the ground, and their shadow will make the same angle with their top.
