(gof)(-3) means the composition of two functions at x = -3.
(gof)(-3) can also be expressed as g(f(-3))
So, first we find f(-3)
f(x) = x² + 5
f(-3) = 9 + 5 = 14
g(f(-3)) = g(14)
g(14) = (14+5)/14 = 19/14
Thus, option C gives the correct answer
