I believe the answer is: the requirements for learning in each area
if we make the classroom environment become to cozy, the children's mindset would be transformed into a resting mode that actually wouldn't be ideal for learning process. A little bit of discomfort in the classroom actually help the children to focus their attention to the topic that presented by the teachers.
