ISIL is a terrorist organization, with debatable sponsorship. It has a lot of members, armor and weapons at disposal, as well as big amount of money. It has been terrorizing the population in Iraq and Syria in the past years, and everyone that is a different opinion and action from them is a an enemy, and very often they kill people. They have done genocides on the Christian populations, on the Muslims that are from different Muslim sect, as well as people that are not connected in any way with them, they have been bombing, raping, kidnapping, destroying cultural heritage etc.
