  1. Age < 18 years except if a liberated minor
  2. Wild hypertension
  3. History of pneumonic embolism or repetitive thrombosis
  4. Bleeding issue
  5. Wild mental sickness
  6. High rate of obesity
  7. Wild cardiovascular infection
  8. Chronic lung infection with disability of oxygenation or ventilation
  9. History of melanoma
  10. History of metastatic disease
  11. Two-sided or repetitive nephrolithiasis (kidney stones)
  12. Constant Kidney Disease (CKD) arrange 3 or less
  13. Proteinuria > 300 mg/d barring postural proteinuria
  14. HIV contamination
