Given function is h(x) =
x^(2)+3x−18

To find the zero of the given function make h(x) = 0 and factor the given quadratic equation and find the value of x

x^(2)+3x−18 = 0

(x + 6)(x-3) = 0

x + 6 = 0

Add - 6 on both sides

x + 6 - 6 = 0 - 6

x = -6

x - 3 = 0

Add 3 on both sides

x - 3 + 3 = 0 + 3

x =3

So zeros of the the given function are - 6 and 3
