The electors do not vote along popular mandate and thus the democratic wishes and will of millions of people is usually suppressed by the few elites, it is also possible to corrupt a few elected electors than millions of citizens voting in secret ballot. the district and proportional plans do not also address the fact that millions of people always have their will suppressed by the small elite minority.
