Which equation represents the half-reaction that takes place at the fork?

The fork is negative electrode and so the Cathode. Reduction is the process takes place at the cathode. Silver ions are attached to the negative electrode (fork) and combines with electron to form metallic silver which is the fork contains.
So the equation will be:
Ag + (aq) + e ---------> Ag(s)
