I think the right answer is substance use disorders (SUDs). Gambling disorder is one that involves a problematic behavior compulsively wanting to be involved in gambling. Avoiding it gives the person a great anguish comparable to that experienced by someone addicted to some substance. This disorder produces people financial problems, work, and their interpersonal relationships.
