That statement would be False.

A study showed that without the influence of Alcohol, Adolescences are Less likely to engage in Risky sexual activity.

Too much alcohol in our system will lessen our capabilities to make Logical Decision, which make us more likely to take a obviously dangerous risk such as having unprotected sex, etc.
