Are the fat bodies larger in male or female frogs why is this so

The fat bodies are larger in female than in male frog.
It is mostly because the fats are located around the genitals (ovaries in females) and keep their eggs warm. Also, fats supply nutrients for the tadpoles.
Fats (adipose tissue) in frogs is needed for metamorphosis and mating and it is an energy reserve.
