The type of marijuana or cannabis that literally means "without seeds" is the sinsemilla. "Sin" in Spanish means without and "semilla" means seeds. It is a technique of growing cannabis where only the females blossom. The lack of the pollen from the male plant will allow the female to produce no seeds.
