If represented in terms of fraction , value of each part

→Now, the two parts is cut into halves again, then in terms of fraction, each part will be represented as

→Now, the two parts is again,cut into halves again, then in terms of fraction, each part will be represented as

`=(1)/(2* 2 * 2)\\\\=(1)/(8)`

→Now, two of the pieces of the pie are eaten,which will be equal to

`=(1)/(8)+(1)/(8)\\\\=(2)/(8)\\\\=(1)/(4)`

⇒Portion of the pie which is remaining

`=1-(1)/(4)\\\\=(3)/(4)`
