Typically, an NDA is between TWO parties.

In able to execute and have NDA to be successfully made, two parties: 1) The Company and the 2)Partner. A partner could be an individual or another company. Non disclosure agreement is needed for the safety of both the company and the partner in execution of the work, services and products.
