What is unlimited government?

A government that is restricted to specific functions; in the case of the United States of America, those would be the functions outlined in the Constitution.

An unlimited government is a government that has one dictator that makes up all the laws and the citizens have no power over the dictator.

Answer:

An unlimited government is a government that has one dictator that makes up all the laws and the citizens have no power over the dictator.

Step-by-step explanation:

In the case of an unlimited government, the government head does not have to follow the rules that they themselves impose.

For example, if the government during the war time imposes that nobody can use more than 3 gallons of gas a day, as an unlimited government, they are the only exception to the rule, and can use as much gas as they want/need.
