Physical properties and chemical properties of the enzymes:
They are temperature specific, functions only within a specific temperature range.
They are pH specific, functions only within a specific pH range.
They are substrate specific, one enzyme is allotted to function for one enzyme only.
Each enzyme remains unchanged after the reaction.
Each enzyme is protein in nature.
Each enzyme gets worn out after a certain cycles of reaction, so they needs to be replaced.
Each enzyme have an active site, which is where the substrates do attach themselves.
