At the beginning of the school year, Mrs. Flowers arranges her seats into groups so that students can work together easily. She also plays several name games so that students can get to know each other's names. Mrs. Flowers spends time creating rules and consequences so that students know exactly what is expected of them. Each day Mrs. Flowers greets her students and ask them about their time away from school.
