The ability to taste PTC is controlled by a dominant allele T. Individuals who are homozygous for the recessive allele t are unable to taste the compound. A sample of 150 students was taken on campus and 73 ‘tasters’ were found. Estimate the allele frequencies and the genotype frequencies of the student population.
