1- Describe one way that presidential elections have changed over time

2- Create a simple flowchart showing one way that a constitutional amendment can be proposed and ratified

3- Describe the principle of majority rule

4- Create and label drawings that show two ways people can participate in government.

It's actually History, not English.

1. the issues people care about have altered as our society has developed and new problems arose.

3. rule created to help solve difficult situations in where a body of people decide the outcome. (more than half). this is a democratic way to listen to the majority of people and reach an agreeable and realistic solution.

(with the other two i don’t think i can make charts and draw over a phone lol)
