Myoglobin contains a heme group of prosthetics that can reversely bind to oxygen. It is used by our body as an oxygen storage protein in muscle.

Step-by-step explanation:

Myoglobin is the member of globin superfamily. Structurally and functionally often it compared with hemoglobin. It has four polypeptide chain. Myoglobin is single peptide chain which is bind with one oxygen site.

Myoglobin does so non-cooperatively. it presents in smooth muscle; cells present in tumour and also in endothelial. Saturation of myoglobin’s oxygen is curve.
