The radius of the circle is half of the diameter, so radius is 6.

Area of semi circle will be :
(1)/(2) * 3.14 * 6^2

Area of semi circle is : 56.52

Area of rectangle is:
length * width

So, area of rectangle is:
40* 12=480

Area of triangle is :
(1)/(2)* base* height

So, area of triangle is :
(1)/(2) * 12* 5=30

Adding all these three areas, the area of above figure will be:
