True

Christians call the holy book the bible, it contains 66 books mushed together to make the new testament (Jesus' time) and the old testament. They usually refer to it as the bible but in your case, yes its also called the old testament.

Judaism is a belief of how only the Old testament is true, they didn't beleive that Jesus was the real Massiah.
