Explanation:

Speed = distance/time

Distance = 210miles

Time downstream = 10hrs

So, Speed = 210/10 = 21miles/hr

Going through current time is 42hrs

Speed = 210/42 = 5miles/hr

Speed of current = (21 - 5)miles/hr

= 16miles/hr
