a. K=300.15

b. 300 Kelvin is greater

Explanation:

a. If C=23. Place it in C=k-273.15

K=C+273.15 = 27+273.15

K=300.15

b. Put C=25, K=C=273.15

K=298.15 which is lesser than 300 Kelvins
