Answer:

Transcription: takes place in the nucleus. It uses DNA as a template to make an RNA molecule. RNA then leaves the nucleus and goes to a ribosome in the cytoplasm, where translation occurs.

Translation: reads the genetic code in mRNA and makes a protein.

during Replication process in nucleus , the DNA is copied and replicated. the DNA will then be transcribed in to single stranded mRNA which will leave the nucleus and will go to ribosomes outside in the cytoplasm. here, the translation will take place in which the mRNA containing codons for genetic code will be translated in to proteins with the help of other types of RNA i.e tRNA, ribosomal RNA
