After replication each new strand has same percentage of Thymine.

Step-by-step explanation:

DNA is a nucleic acid. It is one of important group of macromolecules. DNA is made of four types of nitrogenous base: adenine, guanine, cytosine and thymine. The DNA replication is “semi conservative”. It lies on complementary base pairing. It is based on Chargaff rule.

According to his rule adenine must be bond with thymine and cytosine always bond with guanine. It always occurs through the help of several types of enzymes.
