The last stage before escape in viral replication is release.

Step-by-step explanation:

The six stage of Viral Replication is attachment, penetration, uncoating, replication and last one is release. At the first stage life virus attached with the surface of host cells. In the Second through penetration it pierced the host cells.

The third stage is uncoating where it uncoats their own proteins coat. The next stage is replication where viruses cease the genetic materials of host cells. The last stage is releasing, in this stage virus assembles their own form and release from the host cells.
