Poverty in the US and Philadelphia :
There is poverty even in relatively wealthy countries where people suffer from insufficient income or the materials which they possess. Many laws have been passed on to alleviate the life conditions of the people and to maintain their standards.

In the recent times the poverty rate declined down from 24% to 25.7%.This difference indicates more than 15,000 people from the last year are free from poverty. This city is said to have a high rate of poverty among the others.
