Some examples of healthy lifestyle choices are: getting 8-10 hours of sleep, eating a healthy breakfast, maintaining a healthy weight, being active for 30 mins. Most days, avoiding tobacco alcohol and other drugs,managing stress, maintaining positive relationships, and practicing safe behaviors . These activities affect the risk of getting lifestyle diseases.
