Answer: Tapuxet tribe, a subtribe of wampanoag confederation.

Explanation: The pilgrims were english separatists whose founded the Plymouth Colony, in the year of 1620. They ran away of religious persecution, separete yourselves of the english church, believing that it violated biblical principles.

The piligrims had to embrace the new land, called "New World" by them, but they didn't know much about growing and preparing food or how to build houses, wich as why a lot of them died of hungry.

One day, the Squanto indian of Tapuxet tribe, whom known how to spoke in english, taught the immigrants how to build climate-friendly homes, how to plant indigenous crops (maize) and how to cook them.
