Slavery role in the debates at the Constitutional Convention:

The slavery plays an important role in the convention that the special committee is formed and worked with another compromise that congress would have the power to ban the slave trade in the country but not until 1800 and the convention is voted to extend.

A final major issue involved in slavery is confronted with the delegates of the union. The southern states wanted the other states to return their escaped slaves .the depute in the congress convention has erupted over the representation in the congress over slavery and over the new executive branch.
