Answer:

x=-4, multiplicity = 2

x=-1, multiplicity = 3

x=5, multiplicity = 4

Explanation:

The graph bounces off the x-axis at x=-2 and x=5, so the multiplicity has to be an even number. The only even number is 2 and 4.

The graph crosses the x-axis at x=-3, so the multiplicity has to be odd, and th oenly odd number is 3.
