This pustular rash is associated with a fever 2-4 days before the rash appears. The disease progression is slow in development, but when lesions appear, most are in the same stage and eventually demomstrate a umbilicated center. Lesions appear more prolific on the arms and legs including the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. The fever recurs and stays high until scabs form, approxiamtely 3 weeks after the first signs appear. What disease is decsribed here?
