Answer in plessy and ferguson the white people they didnt want to have to share a train with black people so the train created a all white car and a all black car but the blacks didnt think that was right so they went to fight it but they rule that they could do that as long as both cars had equal ammenitys so they created the seperate but equal rule allowing companies to seggregate under fair condition for all coustmers
