How do you graph an inequality on the number line if they are the same number? Using "and"

"or"

Example:
x less than equal to -4
x greater than equal to -4

If the sign looks like > or <, it excludes the number, if there is a line under the < or >, it is inclusive, which means at least, or at most. To display inclusive draw a circle on the point and fill it in, for exclusive, draw a circle and don't fill it in.
