Why should a constitution be written as per the will and expression of people write three reasons​

1. The people yearn to breathe freely, their interests should be followed.

2. A nation controlled by the people is a free nation, the Government should never truly control it.

3. Everything in our constitution is in every way but name a human right and should be protected at all costs.
