Of course, students themselves, members of rival gangs, should, in the presence of school representatives, discuss ongoing problems and rivalries, as well as conduct workshops on how to combat anger and how to control it. But it's always best to involve the wider community in any issue, including this one, which, in addition to mediation programs, can make a significant contribution to solving the difficulties of rival gangs and eradicating it forever.
